No problem! Our car park is open 24/24 and there is always someone at the reception desk.
You do not have to contact Car Hotel. Go to level 0 of the airport, the shuttle runs 24/24. Note: the arrivals hall is on level 2, so you will have to take the lift to level 0.
Our shuttle runs every 15 minutes*, the journey takes about 10 minutes.
* From 06/11/12 to 16/02/13 and from 28/02/13 to 3/28/13 our shuttle runs 24/24 every 30 minutes.
You pay on return at the Car Hotel reception desk. You can pay with Visa, Amex, Diners, Mastercars, Proton and Bancontact.
When you pay at the reception desk on return, hand in the discount voucher and it will be calculated.
Yes. Our car park prices apply per calendar day or part calendar day.
The reservation must be made at least 2 working days before departure. If you make the reservation earlier we would seriously recommend that you do so. In case of late reservation (less than 48 hours in advance) Car Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional sum of € 5.00.
